Step 1: Tap the account profile picture to open the profile menu. Step 2: Tap the hamburger menu icon in the top right corner.

Step 4: Select Security from the Settings menu page.
Step 5: Now tap on the Login Activity option.
That will reveal a list of the locations you are logged into Instagram with, in addition to the devices you are logged into. Then proceed to change your password to disconnect your account from all other connected devices.
If you only access your account from one device, this is a much better and more secure option.
