Add Ultimate IPTV to Kodi
Select Add-ons from the sidebar of the main Kodi screen and click the box icon in the top left to open the add-on browser. Then you can click Install from zip file and select Fusion including the Kodi repos folder. Select Kodi repos> English to open a list of Zips as below. There, select repository.ultimate-1.0.0.zip and hit OK button. A notification that an add-on is enabled will appear at the top right of the Kodi window
Go back to the home screen, click on Add-ons and the box icon at the top of the add-on sidebar, as before. Select Install from repository and click Ultimate repo> Video add-ons to open the add-on list in the snapshot below, which contains Ultimate IPTV and f4mTester. Click on Ultimate IPTV and then press Install button to add it to Kodi. An add-on installed notification should then appear in the top right corner of Kodi.

The Tester F4M add-on that came with the Ultimate IPTV repository also has a channel streams, and it’s worth checking out too. Click Add-ons on Kodi’s home sidebar and select f4mTester to open the add-on below, which contains a few channels to play in the media center.
Ultimate IPTV has thousands of channels, but you can’t expect all of them to work. This is especially the case if you have a slower connection. The streams also have pretty good image quality, but can still buffer or drop. Nonetheless, it is still quite a sufficient IPTV streaming add-on.
