Switch from mobile data to Wi-Fi
Try switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi if at all possible. The ability to download movies utilizing mobile data heavily depends on your current location’s internet speed. However, you can try switching to a Wi-Fi network if that isn’t the case. Open the Prime Video app after that to see if the issue has been resolved.
Switch to a 5GHZ Frequency band
