How to create profile images using ‘Google Illustrations’ – Guide
Not everyone is comfortable using a photo of themselves as a profile image, and other people may find it difficult to find an image that adequately represents them. To help you find something suitable, Google has unveiled its first series of Google illustrations. When setting your profile picture in Gmail, Google Workspace, and Contacts on Android, you can choose an illustration. Options include animals, mythical creatures, places and hobbies. Google says the initial selection of illustrations “covers different cultures, interests and experiences”. You can customize them by changing the colors and cropping the image. Once you’ve selected, edited, and saved an illustration of your choice, it will appear to your contacts across multiple Google products. Google announces plans to expand the collection and bring artwork to more products and platforms, including iOS and the web.
